Everywhere there was impeccably clean. As for me, the location was peaceful, near to the sea front and great restaurant and Bournemouth. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Bournemouth East Beach. Tbh, had a pleasant stay as near town.

A Cozy Stay with Cute Vibes

I had a good night enjoying the city's central charm. A highlight was the delicious dinner at the onsite restaurant that exceeded my expectations. Make sure to park your car early because the lot fills quickly. A cold winter might be an issue, though!

WE were at a conference and found the hotel very comfortable and convenient for a short stay

The room we were given after complaining about the first one was very nice and comfortable and had a separate room for our child to sleep in which was nice. The new room we were given had been renovated and was totally different to the original room they put us in so if all of the hotel is to be renovated in that way it should be very nice in the end.

I did not like the tatty old room they first allocated us and we had a pull down bed from the wall which when we pulled down showed all dirty towels and bedding stuffed in it. When we complained they said they did not think we had a child with us so would not be using the bed. Even so the dirty laundry should not have been stuffed in there whether the bed was being used or not. Plus they saw we had the child in reception with us and we had booked with our child. There are also too many steep steps to climb up and down. The lift only goes to the 2nd floor and there are a lot of steep steps. Not ideal for the elderly or for people with prams. Not suitable for the disabled at all.

Good location, welcomed as we arrived and also allowed us to check in early so gave us more timeon the beach. The breakfast good and well cooked, waiting staff were helpful.

The room we stayed in was quite small and In comparisson to the outside and reception areas it seemed a bit old fashioned, could do with an update

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was walking distance from the beach and actually easy to drive to too. Nice and quiet. The room whilst clean needed a lick of paint but generally a very pleasent stay.

the sockets in the room were a little loose and we were afraid to plug in the iron. I guess the lift could be a bit bigger too.

    Relaxed atmosphere.

Full english breakfast could have been better ie more variety and to be able to help yourself.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.Parking at the hotel is for free

The breakfast was not great and to expensive. There was a big, very loud party in the atrium behind our window until 1 o´clock in the morning, so we couldn´t find any sleep.

The hotel sits conveniently between the railway station and town. Rooms are located across multiple floors.

The hotel shows its age with tired, shabby room decor and poorly maintained bathrooms, some with unpleasant odors that linger. Limited amenities. For instance, a missing breakfast that we had already paid for on arrival. The plastic remnants of outdated carpet and furnishings feel a bit out of place in an ever-evolving city. Add to that the fact that rooms are accessible only via stairs after the second floor, which can be cumbersome for those with heavy luggage.

The room was a good size with comfortable beds

Unfortunately because there was a wedding at the hotel & the patio area was directly below our room we had trouble sleeping because of the noise. Not a complaint really because the wedding party seemed to be having a lovely time!

We had such a delightful stay, especially the friendly reception with a complimentary prosecco upon arrival! The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The three-course meal in the restaurant was genuinely impressive, far better than expected! I'll definitely choose it again.
